I am very much satisfied with their services. The Staffs are very humble and they have promised to replace my earbuds within 5 working days and they have done it within the time. They didn't asked much questions about the product damage or warrenty related issues which is very good for the customers.Overall experience - 10/10Thank you for your valuable service.

My phone have an issue with battery health on 19.07.24 first I visited chinarpark service centre whoever CSA is seated there she is very rude towards customer she told me we have to change your phone battery I agree with that meantime she is checking my phone few sec later she told me we have to change the display also but my phone display in damn good condition no damaged not a single crack on display she didn't even take my phone to technical person and denied to do only battery replacement last she told we can change your phone battery but after the replacement of battery if your phone display will not work then we don't take any responsibility When I heard this I leave that service centre immediately and move to this service centre from there to here it's almost one and half hour journey after I visit here the staff are welcoming me with greeting all staff here are very professional and polite towards customer after I told them about my phone battery problem they replied me we can fix your phone they replaced the battery within one hour. I like to thanks all the staffs they are very helpfull, I recommend this service centre to others

I don't know what say, if you have any problem just go to this service centre, everyone is very polite and kind well behaved, I had oppo Reno 2f power button issue problem , visited it 22.02.2024 and they understand my problem and repaired the phone free of cost.and gave it to me within 24 hours,just awesome.And free of cost means free of cost not a single rupee.❣️❣️
