Very Disappointed with Oppo Customer Care – Worst Replacement Experience!I had a terrible experience with Oppo customer service while trying to get a replacement for my Oppo Enco Air 3 Pro. The product had some ANC issues with the left earbud within a month of purchase. I contacted Oppo customer care expecting a smooth process, but it was the opposite.First of all, their helpline barely connects, and when it does, the staff are either clueless or give generic replies. I was asked to visit the service center, and even after showing the bill and warranty, they delayed the process for weeks. Every time I called to follow up, they gave me a new excuse – either they were "waiting for parts" or "need approval from higher authorities."It has now been over 30 days and now they had forced me to accept 1 pair of Oppo Enco Buds 2. What the heck For a brand that advertises premium quality and service, this experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Oppo needs to seriously improve their after-sales support. I will think twice before buying any Oppo product again.

I had a great experience at the OPPO service center. The staff were extremely humble and helpful. I was really worried about an issue with my earbuds, but they quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it by cleaning them thoroughly. Now they’re working perfectly! The environment at the center was clean and comfortable, and the best part is—they did everything free of cost. I’m truly thankful and very pleased with their service. Highly recommended!
