OPPO Service Center in Barrackpore

I visited this service center two times and both time I have been benefitted. First time I visited when I was using oppo f3 model. That one stopped working after I was travelling in rain. May be some water goes inside it. They fixed it properly. Now I visited in second time in June 2023 and I was looking for 20 watt charger for Oppo Reno 2 model. So I asked them first over the phone and they let me know that the Company stopped 20 watt charger now and I need to buy 33 watt charger which has been introduced from Oppo Reno 3 model. They assured me that I won't face any problem due to this wattage increase issue. So visited quickly and purchased this 33 watt Vooc charger from this service center i.e. on 05.06.2023. I am really happy. The original charger cost is Rs. 1680/-Thanks Oppo

bdont visit this service senter ..very poor service and totaly froud...my oppo reno 13.512gb..45000 phone..only .1.5month old..internal damage..display black sport..chargeable.10200..and phone hand over me.after 15days..very bad service..dont buy oppo mobile...

The worst service i ever got from any company.I was told that my Earbuds will be replaced, and it will take some time to verify, they told me to call after 1 week, When I called them they asked for another 1 week.Today they told me no ETA for my buds replacement. And then after more than 2 days they called me and gave return.

I heard that oppo has a new offer that oppo f21s pro 4g model's tempered glass they changed with 0 costs?Is it myth or true???

I recently visited Oppo Service centre because my Oppo A54 phone was having issues and wasn't working properly. The staff at the service center were extremely helpful and professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a solution within a reasonable time. I'm happy to say my phone is now working perfectly, thanks to their efficient service. The overall experience was hassle-free, and I truly appreciate the level of customer care they provided. I would highly recommend this service center for anyone looking for quick and reliable Oppo phone repairs!

Whenever you look for a product, it's not available there. I have been enquiring for F25 pro, F27pro and Reno 10 back cover and screen guard for last 3 months, but it is not available in the store. If Oppo gives this type of service after committing to the customer, then it's very bad. Complete dissatisfaction

Whenever I contact for any free back cover and screen gard, it's not available. Also they ask to contact before 10th of every month to get the cover. But it never available.I would request OPPO to not to make false promises to customer about the back cover and screen guard will be available whenever it's required.

Waiting period is too long I ordered a frame a month ago but can't get it …

I had visited this Service Centre few days back in the first week of April because the display of my handset was damaged. The display got damaged due to updation of software of official version which caused appearance of one green line on the display of the handset. Since the warranty period of my handset was well over, prior approval of the company for repair of the same was needed. For that reason, I had to deposit the handset under the custody of the staff of the Service Centre for at least 48 hours. I was also told that if positive reply comes from the company and if no internal/external damage is found on examination of the handset, then the repair of the display will be done at free of cost. Otherwise, the cost of the repair is to be borne by the consumer himself, the amount of which is more than Rs. 14000/-. Fortunately in my case, even though the warranty period was over, the company found no fault against me for the damage and did the repair job done by replacing the damaged display with a new one at no cost. I got my repaired handset back just after 48 hours. I am really thankful to the company and staff of this Service Centre, particularly one lady, who is in-charge of that Service Centre. She is very helpful, knowledgeable and well behaved person. I strongly recommend this Service Centre for every oppo users for any kind of service related issues.
