Today I realized why the Oppo brand is losing its identity. Yesterday I went to the Oppo service center in Alipurduar. On reaching there, there was an uncle sitting there reading the newspaper. There was no one else. When I called out, a gentleman came out. I told him about my Oppo Airbus Enco Kinkharbi. He said that he will be able to check it after 1 hour. There are other customers whose work will be done first. I told him and requested him that Sir, I have come from a far off place and I am on duty. So please do whatever formalities you have to do and keep it. I will come the day you call me. But today you can check it right now. But he did not agree. I introduced myself as an army soldier. Still he did not agree. In the end, I was in a hurry so I had to come back. Oppo is lagging behind not because of its product but because of the behavior of its employees who do not want to reduce their work.

Today I went to claim the free service provided by Oppo but there The service staff there don't even know how to deal with a customer. The behavior of the staff there was very bad. Oppo is getting a bad name because of these few staff.

I'm very happy say that today about Oppo afterseals service. I was visit Oppo service centre Alipurdaur due to repair my Reno6 pro. They repair my handset within 30min. they maintain the COVID protection very well. And the both staffs behaviour was very good ....I'm really very surprised I never seen this extrm level good service....Thank you Oppo......
