I had a terrible experience with Oppo's customer service. I purchased a phone and it had issues within the warranty period. However, instead of offering a solution, they constantly misled me and made excuses. They refused to claim the phone under warranty and left me with no support, wasting both my time and money. It feels like they’re only interested in emptying your pocket without providing any real help. I strongly advise against buying an Oppo phone — the customer service is horrible, and you’ll regret it...**don't buy oppo phone**

My Brother Sameer Saifi's Oppo Reno 10 Pro Phone Is All Okay Original Display No Strach & No Lines Only Front Camera Small Dirty So My Brother Has Come To Service Center To Camera Change But Prakash Singh [Worker]Camera Change & Accidently Break Display Or Display Line Show & He Is Speaking This Is Not My Responsibility Very Very Poor Service ....Camera Price 985₹ & Display Price 10285₹ So My Brothers Display Replace ....Anyway So I Decided To Legal Action To Service Center ....You Have 2 Options ...1st My Display Change 2nd 50-50 ...Half Payment Of Display Refund Me & Responce Quickly
