Dear Oppo Service Team,I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the recurring green line issue on my Oppo Reno 5 Pro. I purchased this device for ₹35,000 from Flipkart, and after one year, the green line issue appeared, which was identified as a hardware defect. Your service center repaired it free of cost, acknowledging the issue. However, after six months, the same problem occurred again, and once again, it was repaired without any charges. At that time, my device was in perfect condition without any scratches or damage.Recently, the issue appeared for the third time, but this time, my phone had accidentally been dropped. When I visited the service center, I was informed that since the device had been dropped, the repair would now cost ₹14,500. While I accept that my phone was dropped, my concern is that this issue was repaired twice before, even when my device was in pristine condition. If the problem was permanently fixed, why has it occurred again? It seems unfair that the same issue was repaired twice for free when the phone was in good condition, but now, due to a minor drop, I am being charged a significant amount.Since you have refused to repair my device, I am still using the same phone, and now the problem has worsened. There are 10 green lines on my display, making it extremely difficult to use. This situation has caused me immense stress, and I feel completely helpless. I am a student, and I had saved my hard-earned money to buy this device, expecting quality and durability. Instead, I am left with a faulty phone, while Oppo refuses to take responsibility for an issue that was never truly fixed in the first place.I urge you to acknowledge this issue and provide a fair resolution. It is unfair to expect customers to bear the cost of a manufacturing defect, especially when it has been repeatedly repaired before. I purchased M32 neckband online from Flipkart. When I used it for the first time, I realised that there is some issue with left ear piece. I travelled almost 10kms from my home for exchange but staff behaviour was highly negative. First they said it is closing time.. we cannot entertain to you... come next day. I requested them citing my concern that if they could just check it out for once. The guy didn't even tried to understand the issue and said it is working fine and we will not exchange. I again asked him to check it properly with decibel meter. But they didn't have that. He said it is working fine as per him and did not give heed to the fact that I have used it for almost a week under different noise environment and i am facing some issue with that. If I am not satisfied with the product and oppo is having exchange policy for that, why didn't I get the exchanged product. All because this service centre staff is just untrained. Just degrading the image of oppo with their negative attitude. I am highly disappointed with the poor service of staff.
