Very bad Experience with Center front desk staff. Misleading with wrong information and false communication.As per telephonic conversation visited service center to show handset and as per information new battery will get receive in next 3-4 days.After 3 days while taking update for new battery staff informed battery received but as service center renovation work started installation of battery will be done only after renovation work. For that I had requested to divert service call or spare to another service center which also refused for desk staff.Today I took updates and desk staff informed spares never received and expected to receive in next week.So who will take responsibility for this miscommunication and customer inconvenience?

In my device I have phase slow sound from speaker and I feel very worst product I have purchased but then I visit oppo service center agra and told the staff about my problem, they understoody problem and assured me that they will fix it and they fixed my problem within 10 mint. My opinion regarding the product had completely changed and now I will suggest everyone to buy oppo product, very good service is available there.Thankyou oppo and all service center staff

My experience is oppo service centre is fabulous because my problem resolved within hour and I didn't even realised when the 1 hour passed because there was a tv as well so, I didn't feel bor.Staff behaviour is well mannered and polite towards the customer.
