Pathetic service, they must be removed. No one picks the calls, the lady is busy on her mobile. I requested for front camera f11 Pro, and i called her to check status. She did not keep any order for it even after 10 days.. worst service. No accesories like earphone etc unavailable. Can the superior take note n take corrective measures please

Very bad response from the staff. Have been trying to get an update for a camera lens replacement for the past 1 month. Made 2 calls and a visit to the service station. Today when I called to enquire the staff very rudely says we will call u back (same as before but not a single call) whenever the part comes, was the answer. Finally asked me to wait for 2 more days. Will give them 2 more days to see if they make any effort to improve their service.

Oppo service center in as Rao nagar has pathetic services firstly they don't repair anythingfor everything they have excuse and their demand and supply of oppo parts is equally bad i ordered one battery and other parts one year back but till now they have not comeI request oppo to kindly either change the staff with some efficient ones or just close the centre
