Well the service is fine.. But looks like they are giving themselves 5 star rating with the phones we give for service without our knowledge.. came to know through their reply that I have given them 5 star rating... Would have given them better review if they have not reviewed themselves in my phone.. This is unethical!!!

WORST. Recently (19/04/2025 time is around 2:15 pm to 2;30 pm) I went to this service centre for my phone display flickering.I gently asked why it happened.I did nothing and suddenly the phone display flickering. So I went to this service centre. Then I asked Male staff why this was happening( just 1 minute of conversation) I spoke politely to the Male staff . Suddenly one female staff shout if you are interested pay the money for display or else GET OUT THE SERVICE centre. I didn't expect this.then two female staff blamed me for saying you speak very rudely. CCTV is there I told her mam everything is recorded. But she again blamed me then immediately left the service centre. Then I complained about this issue to the customer care. But nothing happened.

Worst customer service went for mobile onoff problem without seeing mobile saying no spare and for old model no service for old model very worst reception lady she is busy with her call.worst reception lady for battery change 5000 . That too no spare available for production stopped model .plz don't go this shop and waste our valuable time .oppo plz improve your sevice .....
