I recently visited the Oppo Service Center for an issue with my phone. I was informed that both the motherboard and battery needed replacement, with an estimated cost of ₹9200(battery+motherboard). However, I decided to get a second opinion, and at another service center, it turned out to be only a battery issue — resolved for just ₹1450.I respect the efforts of the staff, but I sincerely hope Oppo focuses on improving diagnostic accuracy and transparency. Clear communication builds trust and ensures a better customer experience.
