Worst service experience!Bought a Reno 13 5g from Oppo Store. Found a defect near the macro camera. Even after comparing with an another unit which didn't show the same defect, they are not ready to accept the defect and keep repeating it's normal . Like even a little kid can say it's defective. Wasted my time successfully and no place to park the car. I had to park somewhere else and walk a long distance to reach the service centre. 0/10 not at all recommending OPPO and their poorly crafted smartphones. Never buying one ever. You have lost a premium customer who was about to buy a find x8 if your service was good. Not anymore. Thanks for making me not spend my hard earned money on inferior OPPO products! Great job!

We have given this oppo enco air buds 3 pro in warranty having battery issue but the executive regrate or denied the product I need proof and speakingly rudely no response finally they have not claimed my air buds worst experience and worst response please avoid this service center bullshit....
