Worst Service Centre Ever!!I had enquired for an entire month gor a replacement and reported the issue with my warranty end date. When called to visit the place they wanted to while away and pass it to other place..Venkat dealt with me and was the worst ever!!Multiple companies have left India for poor service, please try not to be the next!!

Visited Oppo Service Center which is situated back to the oppo main building (1st floor). Had a very good experience. Recently I went there after calling them for my oppo enco buds 2 issue... They have taken 1 day for inspection and testing... The staffs were well behaving and helpful. Not much waiting at evening. I got an exchange to my buds 2 to a new one in different color. Happy customer.

The customer service by Mr. Prathap is excellent. My Favorite mobile shop and very supportive. He explains the product very well and gives the right choice of mobiles.I have purchased 3 to 4 mobiles for my frds and relatives. I have used this brand for more than 4 to 5 years. There is no issue with the battery, touch, slow processor nor display. It's very user-friendly and worth the money. The Camera is splendid and amazing.I will suggest this shop to others.
