At good location but not easy to find in building as Bank of Baroda is on the same building. Not sufficient Manpower or people there look lazy as you will have to wait in long queue, lot of people start argueing with the staff (you can see in the picture) because of long waiting time. Even after promising to provide the charging cable and accessories after some time, they didnt do anything. Worst experience.

Yesterday I visited to oppo service centre. I addressed my problem to one of the guy who is short in height, he didn't speak good with me. He is ill-mannered. He didn't behave well and was not at all polite. It's disgusting.

I recently visited the Oppo Service Center to address issues with my Oppo Enco Buds 2 earphones. Despite providing all the necessary bills, I am disappointed that the replacement process was unsuccessful.Furthermore, the requirement of the original box, which I received nine months ago, poses a significant challenge. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate the box, and I find it unreasonable to make it a prerequisite for the replacement process.

In Kota there is only one service center , which is located at one end of kota city. The avilability of spare parts are also weak. Company should expand the service area in Kota like gumanpura, talwandi or mahaveer nagar. So every one reach thier.

Very bad experience.My 2 phones one samsung and one oppo were mother board were damaged by charging and no water damage.Samsung coverd it under warrenty and changed its mother board for free. But the oppo service center is telling that there is a water damage.See their cheating habits and money mind.Very bad. Oppo should do something for this service center. They were talking very badly and rudly
