Extremely Bad In Servicing ... I'm Facing Problem With My Headphone jack of my OPPO F1s ... so I travel to this Oppo Servicing Centre ... After they verify my model they told me that there is no spare of headphone jack for this model is available with us ... We already ordered this and it will come by tomorrow morning ... so again come tomorrow at 10 am and we will replace the headphone jack ... So the next day I called him at 3 pm and they explained me the same reason which I mentioned it before that come tomorrow at 10 am and we will solve your problem ... Then the next day again I called them and they told me the same explanation ... Today I tried again to contact them at 3:20 pm ... And a staff Received my call and he told me that the person who know about that the "Headphone jack is there available in the servicing centre or not" he is not available right now and he will come by 4pm ... So again contact us at 4pm ... So Right Now I'm trying to call the servicing centre for last half an hour but still no one is receiving the call ... So my question is why they such harrassing to their Customers ?????

Waste of time. They unable to provide required spear parts. As i waited more then 2 month for a spear part and calling everyday. But after some day they doesn't lift my phone call after repeated calls.
