Worst attitude from both the receptionist and the employee/repair guy.The guy was grumpy and acted like he was doing us a big favour through his choice for free,like OPPO SERVICE CENTRE is a private mobile repair shop.I had to wait for more than an hour.And even after all these he couldn't fix my problem.A private repair shop did way better job than OPPO SERVICE CENTRE located opposite sangai express newspaper office.He wasn't keen to repair my phone 'cause he wa not going to get any paymen from me.Maybe OPPO should increase his salary.

Many people have rated good about this one and only OPPO service center in Imphal. So I went happily to get the best service to fix my phone. But I got a shock. The guy sitting over there spoke to me like he doesn't want to talk. Since he didn't respond properly, I had to ask few questions delightfully. The more I asked, the more he seems refuse to talk. Never saw such bad customer service anywhere. He made me feel like he is doing a favor by fixing my phone. This is going to be my first and last OPPO phone. With such bad services, I don't think I am using this brand anymore nor recommending to my friends as well. Sorry OPPO. You lose a customer.

The experience is awful I have brought products earlier but from now I will never buy a single product of it , the product is fine but the experience of visiting the service center was dreadful so much disrespect and attitude at one time the executive told do i work under you , OPPO that's the reason you are going down teach your " EMPLOYEES" what is respect , I don't want to give but giving one star and if there was a 0 star rating I would be very happy , take necessary action oppo service centre inphal
