Third class service center, third class staff ,Phone always switch off and not responding staff,this is not service center this is harrasment center worst exprince dont buy oppo phones in future.from 7oct to till date 5 th visit of service bt mobile till date not repaired.

1. Staff don't having respect towards the customer. ( The Receptionist Lady and Mr. Prashant). Staff does not have value towards the customers.2. Not time management for customers.3. They keep the phones and taking too much days but not even reply to the customer regarding the problem. Customer always trying to call them but they put their phone switched off.4. Very Bad and pathetic service.5. If customers invested above 15k or any budget for their gadgets in your brand, so company must provide better customer care support for helps to them.

Worst experience ever reasons as below:1) customer care phone switch off2) it took around 2 months for display replacement which is very frustrating.3)finally got display replacement but while receiving the employee not giving single chance to check the display , speaking about to do payment first and they have already checked *while this conversation that employee starring at me very rudely*4) side plastic of mobile was slightly broken by them, may be during fitting of display.4) the battery was completely drained they didn't charged it ,not even single time during 2 months, I came home and plugged the charger after some time the screen was little bit uplifted ,look like battery was bloomed.Conclusion:1) Don't buy oppo phones2) if you did, then don't repair here , will take much time.3) As they will take time to repair and will not charge for long time battery life will be affected,4)better way to repair locallyAdvice to Management:1) If truey want to satisfy customer please make new procedures and follow.2) work on parts availablity3) hire people with manners.4)customers are keeping their assets with you , at least charge the phones weekly.5) Repair devices carefully.

Very worst experience....We have gave phone to change camera and they have accepted phone with cover. After going to receive phone they are postponding the date. After 20 days we got our phone without cover, and after we asked for cover they told we dont accept cover. They gave phonw without cover. I need to purchase new cover for my phone. Waste of money . Disgusting service

The staff was no responsibility.They r only come for to cover there monthly salary.Total staff may be change.When u submit ur handset then they will be give u some date; after that when u go for collect ur handset that time handset isn't repair.I visited 4 or 5 time every one has been not happy with the services.Kindly note and make changes

Phone numbers are always switched off/not reachable across many such care center. Why OPPO spends money on such useless centers Update - I visited center and submitted mobile for display replacement. They said there mobile is switched off due to ongoing Audit and will on in next two days but it's still switched off. Worst service.Reply to this comment from oppo is not even helpful.

I got right information,my mobile I purchase on 13 October 2022 from first day it was heating problem I show my mobile in oppo care center in Nagpur but they people did not gave proper service and again I went that same care center but they denied to give D.O. later then I came to kolhapur And went to oppo care center in tarabai park one of the service person gave proper information my mobiles D.O. date showed on system of oppo official 20/10/2022 but I am using same mobile with same problem of heating and hanging.
