I visited for my OPPO Reno 2z phone's power button was not working, and the lady on the front desk refused to service the phone, saying that this phone is too old and not possible to get repaired because power button is attached to the display and for that you have to change the entire display and its an old phone so we can't arrange the display,.... Meanwhile local phone repair shop did it in 20 mins.I'll never suggest anyone to go with OPPO.

I had a very disappointing experience at this service center. I visited for an issue with my earbuds, but without even properly checking, they immediately refused service, citing minor scratches on the case as an excuse. It felt like they were just finding reasons to deny a replacement rather than genuinely helping customers. Very unprofessional and disappointing!

This is the Premium Service centre for all Oppo Mobiles. The location is on the main road and have parking facility well. The behaviour of the technical personnel is very polite and helpful in nature. They are knowledgeable and resolve all the queries of the Customers. Overall great experience with this Service centre as I own an Oppo Flip N3 mobile which is too notch premium mobile from Oppo.

I am Sagar,"5 years old Oppo F11 pro"I am writing an email in regard to "Original Display With Touch Screen for Oppo F11 Pro" because I don't know the model number of my device, "Oppo F11 Pro," and am looking for a ORIGINAL display with a touch screen.I locally replaced it twice but within a month found white fade spots on the display and later found black spots? Now I see black and white horizontal stripes. I found that the display was of poor quality and am looking for the best quality one.Can I get "Original Display With Touch Screen for Oppo F11 Pro" and also confirm the PRICE.

Ridiculous staff.I went on 12/12/2024 to claim warranty on Oppo earphones.ANC Not working properly on left earbud and with ANC on bass also cracking.They told me we can’t replace this because earbuds are working fine,They are clearly lying to me.Really disappointed in service.I’d say if u don’t wanna give service just shut the damn store down.Why bother to keep the thing open.They have my earbuds for 8 days and not even single call from them what kind of service is this.
