I'm Praabha Nair. My child accidentally locked my phone, so I visited the service center and met Ann Madam. Initially, she said that I wouldn't be able to retrieve any data. However, after software updates, she managed to recover most of my data from my previous phone. I'm extremely satisfied with the service provided, and Annu is an excellent and efficient staff member.
