It was amazing. Have been using oppo for the past 8 years. Visited many service centres, but have never come across someone like Mr.Sherin before.He is a real gem.Not overrating.He deserves the praise.Simply incredible.The way he deals with customers is exemplary. Clean environment especially very help ful in this cover season.behaviour,ie,customer service is nice and they will clearly tell u where the parts available or not.if not they will surely contact u.my phone oppo a83,display broken was the problem. They change it and cost rs.2200/- i think its a good deal because i inquire outside local stores they said rs.2300/- for combo display and they does not give warranty.but here i satisfied.

Advance paid for a oppo k3 camera replacement and I was told that they will get back in 3 days. It's been 10 days and no response or update. Tried calling numerous times, but they don't pick up the call. Sometimes the phone is engaged, meaning the staff is purposefully ignoring the calls. Poor service.Update: got a call right after posting this and I went to the service center and got the camera replaced.
