Good customer services. The service is not available immediately because it is always busy, but the people who do the work are doing well. If you want to get the same day service, you have to submit the phone in the morning.over all they provide good service

My mobile's display was damaged. I got the mobile display changed at the service center here. Since then, I have been having charging problems.I went to Oppo service center two-three times with this problem, but they said that the problem already existed while I know that there was no problem in it previously.The people working in the service center do not have any manners of talking.Talks angrily to the customer.

We have purchased OPPO A3 Pro - the sales executive was Mr. Nikhil. We found him very knowledgeable on the product, explaining nicely to us. We have purchased the unit because of his positive attitude. After purchasing the unit, there was some small issues on the charging.. ✅Professional Staff✅Token policy - First come, First serve✅Parking - not too spacious, but it's there✅Water dispenser✅Comfy Seating-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I went here to service my phone which was having an issue with the front camera motor not completely moving down.They did not have the spare motor with them so they asked me to visit again once they get the part from a warehouse.It took about 3 days for them to get the part.Once I went to get it repaired, it was around noon. They took my phone and quickly made the fix within say less than 2 hours.I spent my time looking around at the phones and other gadgets they kept for display and promotion.On the whole, it felt like a good service from this place.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Oppo company on the other hand, I'm not very happy with them. They were going around saying the camera motor can last 6 years with 100 times/day usage and mine got damaged in 2 years with an even absolute minimum usage.If they are bold enough to walk around making such claims atleast they can back up their claims with an additional warranty for 6 years. All they provide is a 1 year warranty, which now sounds like a joke.

Thank you whole service center team for solving my issue within one day, i thought i need to buy a new phone but oppo damage insurance solved my issue,after repair got my phone just like brand new with less service cost compared to other leading brands .Great support from the team oppo,Love the behaviour and response from the service center people, especially Riyas and the receptionist - they did the best job .Iam totally impressed with the team.this what as a customer i expect.
