Excellent customer service. I was facing an issue with receivers mic over a call hence I had been to this center but they just took 10 minutes and asked me to check now but it was literally fine. Then they explained we just cleaned the Mic and speaker's so all good now. Also they didn't even charge single rupee that's really made me happy

Don’t go for this service centre. They aren’t keeping their words. I warranty claimed for my earbuds and they told me to come back after 10 days but thing is they make me run and call continuously for a month. If it’s possible don’t go for oppo brand as well because till now it’s a worst brand I have ever experienced.

Was here to replace my oppo phone display, staff responded quickly, gave the information needed, service looks pretty decent, but front camera is having dust they should have cleaned it, back case also had gum traces, as of now phone is working great. This service centre is in 1st floor, ground floor is a showroom which had no customers.
