They end up wasting our time, only to eventually suggest not installing third-party apps or reducing social media usage to prevent the phone from overheating and lagging. Yet, they don't offer any real solutions and I've never seen such terrible service before.

I have oppo F29 pro phone the display is damage and I visited to service centre Mathikere staff received my phone and check I got any offer on my mobile display and the engineer Mr Nagaraj. give me assurance about phone and he said we are there for you sir don't worry, I really happy with thee service staff and there behaviour and I got one time screen replacement offer thank you oppo and Mathikere .I was paid only Rs.499/-and service provided free back porch and screen guard .
