OPPO Service Center in Kushalanagara

I would like to share my wonderful experience with the OPPO Mobile Service Centre located in Kushalnagar, Kodagu district. This was my second visit to the service centre, and once again, I’m extremely satisfied with the service provided. I had come in for a display replacement on my OPPO phone, and I was really impressed with the way the issue was handled from start to finish.What stood out the most was the use of genuine OPPO company products for the replacement, which gave me a great sense of trust and reliability in their service standards. The team ensured transparency throughout the process and clearly explained the work that would be done, which was very reassuring as a customer.I would especially like to highlight and appreciate the efforts of the two technicians, Sushan and Dayanand. Their approach was highly professional and customer-friendly. They attended to my request with promptness and were very efficient in diagnosing the issue and carrying out the necessary work. The response time was quick, and they made sure that everything was functioning perfectly before handing over the phone.Both technicians showed deep knowledge of the product, and their calm and respectful manner made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. It's rare these days to find service personnel who are both skilled and genuinely courteous.Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of service provided and the professionalism shown by the team. I would strongly recommend this service centre to all OPPO users in the region. Good work done by staffs really staffs helped me a lot I was facing issue of no ring sound during calls due to some speaker problem also because of this during drive time missed may important calls and also notifications when came here staffs very quick repair done my issue solved at free cost even though no warranty really extraordinary support by staffs and oppo service team. I visited oppo service centre kushalnagar on closing time it was very emergency that I have pay some amount to medical but I was unable to scan qr code through UPI Payment apps . Also camera was unable to open . So I visited here even if closing time staffs understood my emergency situation and allowed me to come inside service centre and checked for some time and informed that some setting issue caused the problem and they solved my issue and it was working really staffs were great even if they have to go long distance travel to home they helped me a lot beyond their work and dropped me near medical shop and helped my mother treatment. thank you oppo service centre kushalngar Both staffs were very polite the guy named Sushan has dropped me by his two wheeler vehicle bear by hospital by under standing my situation

Good service and support I got actually forgot my lock screen password they clearly suggested formatting device and also helped in recovery of gmail account in which my old memories backup was ther ..thanks a lot for wonderful help

Came to service software update done very neat and quick. Staffs very polite and good attire feels to comfortable thank you oppo .

I had issue phone hanging visited tonfix the issue staffs gretted very well and understood my problem and guided why issue came.. And took sometinme to fix the issue after some time my issue solved without data loss, reapy supported every well and also guidance given regular application updates in playstore so that apps run smoother. Good service

Visited just simply very clean service centre and experience was good . Also getting unwanted advertisements problem in my another oppo handset. Staffs identified very quickly and solved correctly. Also told do not install unwanted fake application which causes advertisements. Good guidance and staffs communication was very good they were very respectfull thank you for their support
