The worst service centre ever, after giving a call and coming where the time was allocated by these people after coming to the service centre he is busy over his phone call for over 30 mins and doesn’t care to tend the needs. @oppo worst

If you're going for this service center, you might reconsider your decision. I got my phone repaired from the service center. While submitting my phone, they committed that it'll get repaired In a week which later turned out to be 3 weeks. they are not gonna contact you when repair is delayed. You gotta reach out to them. No professional behaviour was found. People sitting there aren't aware of anything.

When the first time i went their.....i found that the person on reception is very rude and doesn't know how to talk to a customer, but that time it was necessary for him to behave like that because of the crowd as a pandemic is going on..But when the second time i wemt their....he was very nice to me....nicely attended me...and i was happy with the service

They were asking 10000 rs for repairing and changing parts( Unnecessary ) of my 5 year old phone which price was 15000. And when i went to local market and repaired my phone it cost me only 500. This is ridiculous

The service was okay. But they damaged my back part in the process. It is kinda scratch on both side of the phone which degrad the whole back look of my phone.As a costumer i expect that i would get my phone even better than before.Asking about the damaged done by them they told that -" I have to again pay for the back part".Bravo!!First i have to give money for my orginal service- then also for pay for the damage done by them.
