Poor service, first does not tell details, later withdraws from statement, forcefully believes that they had saidActually I went to get the combo installedAt that time they only told the cost of the combo, and said that if there is any fault, then they will call and tell.But there is no call regarding this, then I came to pick up the phone, after payment they told that it has motherboard issue tooNow after spending Rs 4600 the phone is of no use, it off on automatically

1. Google location is perfect2. they won't take much time in addressing your issue3. lunch time is 1400 to 1500 hrs.. not mentioned anywhere4. Call them before going as twice i went and they were away for some training and i had to come back

I called to the store for the purpose of replacing the battery and charger cable...the support staff on phone call was very good...he solved all my queries on the phone rather than to going so much long distance...thanks team oppo...only my suggestion to store is atleast spare parts of all mobile phones are to be readily available atleast in a short period of time....thanks

Worst service and don't have etiquette to talk, if someone is telling them their problem they don't have that much brains that they should listen and understand what a person is saying. Many other bad experiences that I can't explain here, I'll not buy Oppo Mobile just because of their service centre in Jammu.

I'm very impressed with service. Service center is more than 250km away from my location so I went thinking that I"ll have to stay tonight in hotel but when I reach the service center they repaired my phone with in 40 minutes and I came back home same day.I really thankful to the staff for such great service and behaviour.
