I had an oppo m31 wireless earbuds (bought from Amazon) they were absolutely amazing in terms of everything but unfortunately the left bud stopped working. The had 4 months of warranty still left, I thought why not give it a chance how much the cost would be of repairing, let it be. We took an appointment for repairs. I thought they would repair the same piece like adding some kind of wire that might have been broken down but I was all wrong, to my surprise the staff member called me after 12 hrs (they took the earbuds for warranty claim) he said that my claim has been approved by Company and they are sending a brand new re-enhanced version, OPPO M32 and like I said it is an art of perfection in every way. Thank you so much to the service center for handling my case politely.Keep it up

customer dealing is great, calm staff, helpful, they also guide the customer, area of service center is neat and clean, they solve problems asap, and timing is 10am to 6pm sunday closed

I had a great experience. First, the oppo service center representatives made sure I do not waste my time by checking the part availability by phone.Once there, they took too less than the indicated time to provide the service. The waiting area had AC, TV, Newspaper and Magazines and Drinking water arrangement.Pricing is very transparent and it will be exactly same across all service centers, as I checked with two other service centers too and the price indicated was exactly same... and same was the final billing amount. This good service increased my confidence for oppo phones...

I had been to this service centre today morning regarding some issue with my mobile oppo reno 10 but waiting for almost 1 n half hour i received no help from the staff and I have to left without checked my mobile by the staff.The staff is really unprofessional and callous. There is no token or queue system. They are taking new customer to the counter and i was waiting for my turn from one n half hour sitting there.There was only 1 executive at the counter and he has no idea what was going on at the place i think he was surely high on something. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Don't visit this service center better take your phone to some other repair shop.Really Really disappointed with the staff behavior & totally waste of time.

I were call more then 10 time or more but no one staff response the call and poor quality of store. No one customer know about closing days. Am came from Zirakpur to panchkula for special repair. But no one open the door and no updates on google map and timing

Female employee is very rude here, This type of employees throughout of the service center. They need only paid customer's.if your phone is not in warrenty then you'll never get any service and respect. it's sure that oppo service center employees 100% misbehavior will be done here.
