Well this review is completely based on my experience at this OPPO SERVICE Center.I recently visited this OPPO SERVICE CENTER in Gurgaon for one of my OPPO phone. I went there for my Mom's Oppo Phone RENO 10 PRO as that phone fell from 6th floor but there was no damage done on the screen however the phone was getting charge but display was not working.At this Service station i saw 4-5 Employees out of those 1 was a Female employee. I was attended by 2 EMPLOYEES one who opened my phone to diagnose the issue unfortunately i don't remember his name and 2nd employee was SURAJ. Although my issue was not resolved as i was given an estimate of INR 29000 for DISPLAY and MOTHERBOARD so i decided it was not worth spending that kind of money on this phone although my phone was 12-15months old.However i also asked them about the BACK COVER of my another phone OPPO N3 and i was not getting its back cover in the market. For this SURAJ the other employee attended me. Initially i was told it will cost me INR 800 and i was ok with that but due to extra ordinary skills of SURAJ that cover was given to me as a GIVE AWAY GIFT.Although paying INR 800 was also ok for me but i am writing this review for the CUSTOMER CENTRIC EXPLOYEE OF OPPO. Thank You SURAJ for keeping this kind of attitude towards customers appreciate that.I can see some people had bad experience at same center i feel sorry for that. But Oppo should make sure all employees should work like SURAJ and the other guy whose name i forgot to ask but he was sitting second last from right to left.Thank You Oppo and SURAJ....

Doesn't even respond to call even after multiple callsUpdate*If you could have picked the call then it would have been betterIf you are not available over call then I'm also not available on Facebook or twitter.Yeh kya baat huyi ki call to nhi uthaya but facebook pe msg kro wha paka reply krenge...wha bologe ki letter likho... definitely we will reply.Don't forget Service center aur bhi hai!!You should better work on your service.
