Bad behaviourToday I have visited oppo service centre alkapuri regarding my oppoA92020 dispatch popout issue.They did not even check the phoneand without diagnosis straight away said need to replace display.eventhoght my dispatch is working well.they told they only do replacement not repair .Staff behaior is bad.

Very bad experience. Previously, When I had a problem of vertical green line on my phone display they changed my phone from outside that's why this time I again face a green line issue , the screen serial number was didn't match. I called 12-13 times to customer service centre of Oppo , from their side also I received bad experience.After 2 months I received my phone with new display but still they talked with me very badly. And when I go to get my phone back the female staff talked with me very with attitude.In Oppo site i searched, in that they clearly mentioned if there are no physical damage on phone display of phone they will changed. (How many times display will change by them , not mentioned). And they said "it is last time we changed your display, after this we will never change if you face green line issue. If the reason is valid or not but we will never change."After that I decided to never buy any Oppo products.

✅ Respectful staff✅ Less Waiting time✅ Gets job done & asks for feedback on it✅ Clean PremisesThe issue was with my Oppo Enco M31 Neckband Earphones...One of it's earpieces used to sound tiny and this happened for the second time.First time too I visited for the same thing,The receptionist takes the earphones to the technician, who cleans them & gives back for testing.We give feedback, based on which they fine tune again.And return with both ear-pieces working decently.Thanks for the great & quick service guys.Good experience as at this service centre.

Instead of understanding the customer issue they are busy on phone , take phone hand 2 min and told me it is problem of application than after they tell me it is problem of network ( jio ), i give all explanation than they took phone and go inside..after 5 min they told me to take all backup and come tomorrow...if you don't won't to understand customer complain than why you open help centre??
