I visited the Oppo Tagore Garden service centre today for my Find N3 Flip phone. Although I reached late, the staff took care of my concern, patiently guided and advised me and also repaired my phone beyond their working hours. I highly recommend this service centre and the staff should be rewarded for going above and beyond their duties. Thank you so much to the team.

Pathetic service. For my replacement of headphones I waited almost more then 2 hr 30 min and still m here waiting for getting my headphones. Staff behavior is rude saying we are waiting got approval and from past 2hr 30 min still m here

My phone was broken within the month when I bought...But Tagore garden OPPO service centre helped me to get my phone fix at the same day which was quite early n helpfulMonika Ma'am was one of the best person who helped me majorly throughout the process... All over I liked the service and the time which was given to my phone for the preparationTherefore, i would like to give 5 on 5 stars to this centre..Thankyou!! ❤️

I recently visited OPPO service center to address a noise issue I was experiencing during calls with my brand new Enco Buds 2. Despite clearly explaining the problem, the service team refused to acknowledge it.Further adding to my frustration, they took two whole days to "test" my earbuds. Disappointingly, they didn't utilize any diagnostic equipment and solely relied on manual checks, which apparently weren't thorough enough to identify the issue.Ultimately, they offered no solution whatsoever. This lack of support from OPPO for a brand new product is incredibly disappointing.I strongly advise potential customers to consider this experience before purchasing OPPO earbuds or relying on their service centers.

Wrost experience please don’t waste your time Yesterday i visited this oppo service centre for my oppo enco buds because my buds were not working well but they checked the buds then told me to wait 10min but it took 2 hrs or they said that approval will come only then we will proceed further. I did not like their service at all because Before this I had also been to the service center of realme or oneplus but they replaced my buds in 10 minutes.don’t go there just waste of time
