Worst experience ever. I submitted my earbuds for an exchange, and they told me I would receive a call within a week. A week is already too long for a simple replacement, but I still waited patiently. It has now been over a week, and I haven’t received any call from their end. They don’t even answer their phones. I’m extremely disappointed with this service center. The staff’s behavior was also very rude and unprofessional. I will be leaving negative reviews from multiple accounts and will ask my friends to do the same. This kind of service is unacceptable.

Out of all the service centre I have visited till now, viz Moto, HP, Lenovo etc., experience at Oppo Kalkaji was the best. Very responsive employees, all of them. Attend calls and gives proper response. Clean environment, proper seating and waiting arrangements. Queuing facility.I went to exchange my Enco M31 neckband (in warranty) which now doesn't come anymore, so Oppo gave me Enco Buds TWS in exchange, ofcourse without any charges.Just a little bit problem was to wait more, and that was due to Covid Restrictions by government, not fault of service center.

2 months ago I bought Oppo Reno 13. Ever since I bought the phone, this phone is having a lot of heating problems. When I went to Oppo's service centre and told them about the problem of overheating of the phone, they told me that this is normal and the phone can go upto a maximum of 48 degrees. I made a mistake. Friends, before buying the phone, do read the review on google.

My OPPO phone had got wet. I replaced it, fearing the worst, but thought I'd take it to the Service Centre in Kalkaji Market in case it was repairable at an economic cost.The Service Centre is easy to get to. There's a prominent board but no local directions as to how to go up to the 1st floor. The approach is rather dingy. Once there, however, everything is neat, clean and spacious with ample seating.I was early so was attended to right away by the front desk and the phone was sent in for checking. I was given a report in a short time that the phone, alas, would be expensive to repair.Good service and no charge because no parts were involved!

I had online buy oppp K12x (256g+8gb) on 17jan2025, they delivered on 19jan2025 within 2 days I used phone and there is hanging problem, display blinking. On 22 Jan 2025 I called to customer care they said visit nearest service centre. Same day I had visited kalkaji oppo service centre. Thier staff totally unprofessional, no tokon system every single staff keep saying wait karo, later then said update karo,, updated phone ko update karo just wasting timea, due to my claim date completed. you keep unprofessional persons due to kum salary Deni pade or kum salary vala kaam bhi kum hi karengen, why you spoil yourself vaise bhi oppo ko koi jada use hi nahi karta jo kar rahe hain vo bhi band kardengen is. Or ye jo aape paid review upper dala hai usse kya company chalegi,And I never say don't buy oppo . Due to the service centre and their staff issue after all people are very clever they know which products buy or not.

Today my phone is not unlocking with fingerprint print so I visited Oppo service center Kalkaji. I met a person, he suggested not to worry, only calibration problem, then did calibration with fingerprint calibration tool and it fixed it. My phone is working fine.thanks opp for providing fast service
