I'm extremely disappointed with OPPO's service regarding the green line issue on my phone screen. This seems to be a widespread problem affecting many users, yet the service center offered no real solution.My mobile got auto-update and after update with in a second I'm facing with green line issue problem second time.But staff is saying like there is no option for second time green line issue.Then why oppo company given second update company should stop the update.The staff at the service store were unhelpful and dismissive, showing no accountability or willingness to support loyal customers. For a brand that claims to care about quality and customer satisfaction, this experience has been nothing short of frustrating.I expected better from OPPO. Definitely reconsidering ever buying another OPPO device again.

After so many years with Samsung, I bought new Oppo phone for business purposes recently. Just after few days, fast changing is not happening. I've visited Oppo Service centre in anantapur. They inspected first and found the same issue and again checked it's working good. They said it is good now. I asked them why it happened initially. So, they kept it till evening and they have not created any job card which is document proof for it. Job card is the one which the problem will be reflected to the brand manufacturers and they bring the updates for the products by deeply looking into the problems. By evening, they said they have updated SW. If the problem repeats, they told me to capture the screenshot. Again after few days, the problem is repeating. I went to them saying it is repeating with all the screenshots of slow charging. They checked and it is working fine now. I have shown the screenshots of charging error. They said they will check and to drop the mobile till evening. I told them to create a job card for it. But they refused to create it. I've contacted Oppo customer care and I explained the scenario. To my surprise, they are also not even bothered to have a chat with the service centre. They knew it is not correct way from service centre. They asked to take a photograph while submitting the phone to the authorised service partner which is a unauthorised way. Such a pathetic way for authorised service centre and from the brand too. Please check for the service before you buy a product, otherwise, you might end up like me by taking out the mobile in the same condition and never bothered to visit again.
