Like seriously they blamed JBL WARRENTY RAISE WEBSITE And today is the 15th day I called them and they said to visit tomorrow I don't know how the big companies give there work to these cheap firm who didn't even know how to treat the customerTotally disappointed by JBL AND ks mobiles

Very bad experience of dealing with KS Mobiles, RDC Ghaziabad. It took me a lot of time to obtain the address of service centre for Lenovo tab from Lenovo customer care. I went to the service centre viz. K S Mobiles for repair of my Lenovo Yoga tab. The lady at one of the three counters asked me whether my device is within warranty or out of warranty. On telling that my tab is out of warranty, she told me that it will not be possible to get the repair done. She also told that even if she takes the device for repair, it may take more than 15 days for repair. Subsequently, I went to a mobile and laptop repair shop in RDC, which repaired my tab in 10 minutes.My recommendation to Lenovo is that such agency shouldn't be appointed as service centre. I recommend customers not to buy Lenovo products, as they will not get service after end of warranty period.
