The location of this service centre as mentioned is way off, search for Motorola Service Centre on Vidhayak Niwas Road ,near JC cafe, and service was fine got the replacement, it took some time as many other people were there.Overall average experience

Very unprofessional work. They kept my phone for 3 weeks yet didn't get it repaired. I would suggest you not to trust them with your phone. No one takes 3 whole weeks to repair a phone they must have replaced some of the components. It's better to get it repaired somewhere else but not here.
