I had a terrible experience at Sriram Laptops and Mobiles Service. The staff, particularly the two ladies there, lack professionalism and basic customer service skills. They gave repeated false commitments about the delivery date, promising "tomorrow morning" or "tomorrow evening," but never delivered on time.Moreover, they don’t know how to communicate respectfully with customers. When I asked them to repair a specific issue, they kept pointing out additional problems and pressured me to fix them, insisting on payment for those unnecessary repairs.I need a higher authority from the management to contact me so I can explain my experience in detail. Such poor service is unacceptable, and it needs to be addressed immediately. If you value your time and money, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Number one waste mobile center I paid for orginal display payment but they service done for duplicate display now mobile display not working.and next day I went to service they saying another reason.I showed in another service centre they or saying this is duplicate display and they or pined properly full damaged.
