I had a complaint on my motorola 3 yr old mobile of green line issue after an software update. Initially contacted them via phone and visited center. They analysed my phone and found the phone condition was good and asked to wait for a week while they check with motorola team for this issue. After a week they called me and said issue has been sorted and display replaced with free of cost. Their service was really good and heard our side thoughts and given right solutions. Thanks to wecare and moto service team.

the service is fast and they replaced my volume and power buttons within warrenty but the replaced buttons damaged within 2 months and the screen was not pasted well which caused a gap between screen and body of the phone which lead to blue ink leakage damage and eventually my screen is gone. now when i ask for screen replacement in another city oneplus customer care center they are quoting me 8.2k for screen and 1.6 k for buttons .... went for free service in warrenty and got my phone button damage and screen damage and a 10k bill

Went for Battery replacement, The staffs were polite and helpful. It took about a week for the parts to arrive and they changed it within 2 hrs once the part arrived. Good service centre

Their service is the worst i have ever seen. without even fixing the problem they told its fixed. Also it doesn't semm like authorised. They always use the word ' your phone is short circuited so device broke'. Please don't give your mobile there .. they will break it for sure. Fraudsters!!!- No Proper Communication, We have to call them every time. Once they got the money they will not pickup the call too.- Service Technicians are pathetic. They will loot the original product from u.- Managers are useless, they don't pass the information to technicians. They only focus on money and closing out the bill.- For parts i never see a proper identification that its original, i think they use local cheap parts and say its original.
