PoorCalled multiple times to check on their availability and product info, no response for multiple days too. Always busy.Finally visited only to hear no service for products.

Very worst service not proper response, engineers not wearing ESD band ,using gloue for back door fixing (not using adhesives)

I purchase a Realme Air buds 5 after 8 mnts.....some many problem to use... So visit the nearest service centerSensor not working and mic didn't not workCustomer service is not respondSo worst experience.

Actually I don't want to give single star to this service center, because that much I frustrated and very disrespectfully treated by the location incharge Mr. Pandiya raj. I think he's not capable to handle the customers and he's not aware of the service process and procedures. After replacing the display they didn't run any display calibration and without doing any test they informed me to collect the device, while delivery time I've noticed fingerprint not working. Then only they noticed and again they opened and fixed the finger print sensor connection and I waited for one hour and they fixed gave to me. I've ordered the battery also along with display repair submission. I've paid the full amount for display and battery still there is no called me and give any update. I only called 2 days back but they told technician went for lunch I'll inform him and give the callback but no one called yet. Today I called the service center and asked the update, Mr.Pandiya raj only spoke with me he told yesterday only received the battery that's why they didn't give the update and we also tried to call you that time you're not responding like that he told very rudely to me, but no one called me for the update. I don't know how they giving updates and what commitment they're give to the customers. They told me within 2 days battery will arrive but this is the 8th day but battery didn't replaced to me. I went for the service center and I argue with Mr. Pandiya raj but he disrespectfully treated me and using the words like dog and he told me to get out of the service center without doing any replacement.This is the way that they're handling the customers and given the poor quality of service.Thank you Mr. Pandiya raj for gave me the very disrespectful experience and I'm totally dissatisfied.This is the very worst service center I have ever faced in my lifetime and this is totally unfair.Anyhow, I'm not going to visit this service center anymore and this is the reason people's who are not visited the authorised service centres nowadays.

They didn’t fix my problem. Instead, they logged into my phone and wrote a fake 5-star review without telling me. I had just wanted them to help with the issue I was having!
