My customer service experience at this place was absolutely terrible. The representative I encountered displayed an incredibly rude and unwarranted attitude, as if our presence was an inconvenience to them. Furthermore, they insisted on a hard copy of the bill without offering any assistance or accepting a soft copy. Additionally, the location proved to be difficult to locate using Google Maps. I strongly urge the management to address the behavior of their representatives or consider replacing them, as it greatly impacts the overall customer experience.

Response is quick and I have been there for two three times and Everytime I have got issue resolve on the same day. There are many Gionee service center in Jaipur. Staff is also cooperative. However for some issue with regard to parts you may have to wait till the same is available with them because some parts which are not available they are brought on request and demand of the customer.

To be honest i have much worse experience than other. Even i don't want to give some single star.Quality of madam(Single staff)1. Arrogant2. Rude3. Not have manners & educates to talk4.Don' know about Communication Skills at all5.behaviour is so horrible like witch.Never go that place...first go pTron website and ask why there is so negative feedback about shree Balaji telecom and ask to replace this service centre by good one
