Very very bad service centre. My realme phone screen suddenly blank while I am using instagram. my phone was under warrenty they did not claimed my warrenty and they give sili excuses like my phone has 0.5 mm dend which not cole in warrenty and pay 7400 rs. For display. But my phone was very good condition not even any physical damage on display. The employee also don't know what to do. They giving me very bad excuses like will update later then did not even call. Atlast they did not repair my phone. Worst service ever. Don't buy realme phone because they did not claim warranty.

Pathetic serviceI went here for a realme buds replacement. They don't even call when the product arrives when you have given a replacement. And then they gave me another piece which was not working properly. On top of that the staff here is really rude and does not answer any questions, I have to go there 4 times for my replacement when they gave me another defective item.

Worst service centre ever not not following any rules and regulation they don't know what is a job sheet and they even tell me that they are not the manufacturer what kind of this reply is realme service centre and they are not they manufacture then who is it I have a one tws of realme getting from this service centre and they are not even provide me any replacement
