I purchased the Watch from Amazon and watch is not working. I went to this shop and they have rude behaviour. They are talking like they don't care about service and Telling Go to customer care and complaint if you want. They don't even keep printing and tell us to go and bring the printer. They are saying it will take 15 Days for replacement.Other are Suggested not to go to this Service centre.

Recently visited this service centre for my watch issue. They first denied the warranty replacement citing t&c and then denied any kind repair even though on chargeable basis. They are not even providing spare replacement. It's like a service center neither providing services nor spares. Pathetic response. Not recommend to visit further.Please note- Their siting arrangment is too pathetic. They have covered the front desk area with a chair set where no can seat. Customer has to stand up there while having a conversation with them.
