Very Disappointing Service – Avoid!Had a terrible experience with their mobile service. The staff were rude and completely unprofessional. They don’t know how to talk to customers properly and show no interest in helping.Every time I visited, they just looked for excuses to refuse the repair instead of solving the issue. It seems like they’re more focused on finding reasons to deny service than actually supporting customers under warranty.Not recommended at all – if you expect decent customer support and fair treatment, stay away from this service center.

I had a disappointing experience getting my phone serviced here. I visited to fix the broken glass of my phone, but when it was returned, there was a faint line on the screen that wasn’t there before. When I pointed this out, the staff blamed me for the issue. I refused to accept the phone in this condition and left it with them, requesting a fix by the next day.The next day, I tried calling the service center seven times between 12 PM and 3 PM for an update, but no one answered. When I visited in person, the lady at the counter was rude and unprofessional. She denied receiving my calls, but when I called their number in front of her, they suddenly answered. This made it clear that they had likely deleted my call logs to avoid accountability.Even after all this, when they returned my phone, the same issue persisted. Frustrated with their lack of responsibility and poor service, I decided not to pay the full amount of ₹3300. Instead, I paid ₹2000 and left. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing's website and Google Maps says the service centre is open from 10am-6pm but it was completely shut with the shutters down at 10.30am.

The tone of talking is not right, and when we talk to them from customer care then they put the product in reples or else they say that this product is duplex, and they have said that without checking they come to know everything, they think themselves to be the owner of the company.There were old employees here, they were right, tell them the problem, they would have taken it into consideration, even after telling them everything, they are not doing it
