The staff at this service center is very arrogant especially the girl on the front desk. She doesn't even have any sense of how to talk to customers.I have given my company laptop for battery replacement and asked if they provide a GST bill to me so I can submit it for reimbursement and they said yes. After the repair is done they have not provided me with the proper bill having all GST details. I have to go to the service center 3 to 4 times to make changes in the bill.. they don't even have a standard bill format. They provide you a bill which is generated from Ms word. also they don't even know how to operate the MS word and don't know how to generate a bill in pdf format.Worst experience.
