There are two addresses given in kottayam. The first is at safa kottayam who had denied the information. The second being at jubilee building and theysaid it is not an authorised service centre and they can take up the work at my expences. Please do not cheat the public by posting wrong information. I had bought a honorx9 by july 2024and the screen had developed green vertical lines a week back. As the equipment is under warentee period i would like to know where i can utilise the company warentee.

Never ever give the product for the service here. They are so irresponsible and you won’t get your product back. In my case they were not ever ready to check the item when the item is already under warranty.
