Had a great experience at the boAt service centre located on the 1st floor of Trust House Building, just near Chandni Chowk Metro Station (Gate No. 4) and right opposite Yogayog Bhawan. The location is easy to find, especially if you're coming by metro.The staff was polite and helpful. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my earbuds and explained the process clearly. The service was fast—I got my replacement within 15-20 minutes without any hassle. The waiting area was decent and the whole process was very smooth.Highly recommend this place if you have any issues with your boAt products. Just make sure to carry your invoice and book your appointment online before visiting!

The behavior of the staff at this service center is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The level of service provided is among the worst I have experienced. Their tone and attitude toward customers are consistently rude and dismissive.They are unable to service any of their products and simply state that replacement is the only option. If a product is out of warranty, they offer no support whatsoever, claiming they don’t know what needs to be fixed and refusing to even attempt a diagnosis. Their only response to a defective product is replacement, with no effort made toward repair.This experience is deeply disappointing, and I strongly urge boAt to take immediate action to address the issues at this service center. Doing so is essential to maintaining the brand’s reputation and ensuring a better customer experience.

My after sale service experience at Mayday Boat authorised service centreI will keep it short.Overall experience :1.The service centre staff are polite and helpful.2. The complaint registration process is smooth and easy to do, it takes 2 mins.3. The time taken for resolving the issue takes according to the complexity of problem, *in my case I had a charging issue which got resolved but then the buds started to heat up so it took some extra time.But now my earbuds are working fine and the heating issue is also solved.Things to keep in mind :1.Physical damage (for eg. Fractured wires, broken earbuds, dents on the tws case or charging port broken) and2. Water damage if your device stops working after falling in water.Any of these points will lead to your warranty being cancelled, I.e. you won't be given free repairing or replacement(*you can verify it by reading the official warranty policies of boat).Please keep a pdf of the invoice of the product you bought, also carry a print out version of it.Now you are all set if your product is not working and there's no physical or water damage visit the service centre you will receive a good service .I hope this will help you .
