The Boat service center in Varanasi is very poor. It feels more like a local shop—open and close whenever they want. I came today at 12 in the afternoon, and it was closed. Except for Sundays, the service center is supposed to remain open every day. I am filing a complaint to the Boat head office with video and pictures as proof.Date:-20June 2025Time:-13:06
