Very bad experience don't go for them. I gave my Note 10 to repair camera but they failed to repair. And they also damaged my phone's fingerprint sensor. Stupid technician with 3 months mobile repairing course knowledge.

This is very unfortunate to say, Radhika telecom provides very poor service. I had my trust at service centres that they use genuine products but this isn't the case here . This service centre uses cheap quality products in the name of genuine products. I got my display module replaced here along with so many other problems in my mobile like excessive heating and replaced display's multiple touch isn't working. I will rate this service centre as worst Mi service centre.

Customer service is not good, people suffering from 1 month but they do not give any clear response.Staffs are not devoted to their work .They don't work properly and seriously.They can resolve small problem but actually they have no much more experience to do all digital work like related to account opening, deleting and for another query.

Not recommended.This is not official service centre.Official service center is 150 m ahead on the same road.Radhika Care service center demands very highThey demanded 1900/- for battery replacement and Power button issue So never go to this place. Very bad.

Worst service...!!!No liability for any service provided by them. Don't know why telecom companies like xiaomi, gionee, syska having such a cheap service providers to fade the name & fame of such reputed companies. They lost the component provided by the article & said it's not our responsibility to give you all.

Radhika telecom is very good shop . It is situated at out side of the plaza. Here we can buy all type of mobile accessories and repairs all part of mobile . The main problem for costumer is no parking facility there.

I had very bad experience there. Even the employee who working there not able to proper write the name of the client in the bill. The service speed is two slow. You had to go multiple times there for a single issue.
