I had good experience with an F1 InfoSolutions & services private limited Ghaziabad . I had issues in my earbuds (Jabra Elite 75t). I reached the service centre. They understand my concern because I was following before reaching out the service centre. They remembered me. They had replaced my earbuds within 10 min. The staff is very polite and friendly. One of the worst services that I have ever witnessed because I went to this realme service centre on 13 march as my phone's screen was damaged....I asked them to change the display and the staff told me that the charges would be 6500 for the display and 400 as labour charges including GST which was somehow acceptable and then he told me to pay 118 Rupees (Bill mentioned below) and he said that it will be deducted from the total bill (6900 approx)...I paid the charges and was asked to wait for 2 hours...When i came back he told me that the new display wasn't working and gave me 2 options. 1st. leave the phone with them and the new display will take 7 days to deliver after they return the defected display....2nd. Come again on monday (17 march) and pay the Rs.118 charges again and leave the phone for a few days till it gets repaired.Later, I refused to submit my phone for 7 days as i had other things to do and also, my 118 rupees and 2 hours was wasted and it is not acceptable that your brand's spare part was defected and i had to pay for the charges. Realme....thank you for the pathetic service and horrible experience....I wish there was an option for a 0 star rating.

Had a Good and a Prompt services from the due center. The center was quick to admit my claim and duly process the same. Would have been same if they could have replaced the product early as it would take another 15 days to get the alternate product
