The person who is working at here is very disrespectful towards woman, he don't want to listen what we are saying about product and behaves like rudee , he refused to consider my product in warranty saying unwanted things and he mainly refused because the price of product is less, this is not fair with this kind of people, last 6 back i went for a watch warranty that time people interacted very decent, this time I'm very disappointed and please be aware of this kind of people#Boat authorised service centre.

It's a designated 3rd party service center for noise watches which are under warranty. One warranty expires they won't repair.

Worst staff.. made us to wait for 1 hr and told that server issue and asked to come the next day.. they exactly closes the office at 6.30 pm even though you take token and wait for your turn.. better don't buy boat products.. only one service center is in Hyderabad that too worst service and staff

Absolute fraudsters. I've given my Dizo watch which stopped working in warranty period. Now, after warranty period has lapsed, they are calling and asking us to take back the watch as Dizo company is not responding to them either. What a horrible customer service

Their contact numbers does not exist for Noisefit service request. Don't know how they put wrong number on company website and also on Google Map
