This is The Boat Authorized Service center and This is The One and Only Original Service center authorized by Boat and Its Exactly Located in the 2Nd Floor of the Building and if you reach the 2nd Floor there Will be Direction board will be there and Keep the Original bill with you for the Free service And Kindly Take A Note That The Product name should be Clearly Mentioned in the Bill for Service and Purchase Bill from Pothis ex. Will not Be Accepted, all are Good and The Person Were Very Polite and Addressing the Problems..... If You Have Any problems Related Boat alone reach this Place...... This is regarding the BoAt service center at Parsn Complex. So I went to claim my warranty for my Boat Airdopes. There were a couple of rules inside the center, such as only one person is supposed to stand inside with an invoice per product and 10 minutes of charging is necessary for any product before proceeding to inspect - but the most important thing is rules here tend to change from time to time.Initially when I went in, I had provided my invoice to the desk person and he further proceeded with analysing my product. He also asked to create a ticket on behalf of the product. So I did it via the OTP method. After a while a technician came out of the room to have a look at the product and in a rude way conveyed to us and him (desk person) that this invoice had expired. So I presented an old invoice of the same Airdopes which I possess and has been brought for another family member, but it had been brought years back and i have presented that invoice mistakenly.It is my mistake, so I have provided the wrong one, i stepped out so that I can fetch the correct invoice, it took 5-8 minutes in total. The waiting area is extremely hot with back 2 back AC backdoor units furnace like oven - so be aware of that and later rectified it by providing the right invoice.But the point now is, do i deserve that rude tone? Because neither the desk person nor the desk person's helper staff had an idea that the initial one which I provided is an expired invoice. In addition to all these events, well when another customer came in with a different product I had been verbally indirectly attacked by the technician staff blaming the invoice mishap on me. The behaviour here had changed rapidly from the tech person responding to me.Well, I had to bear that as well.Proceeding further, the process here works based on ticketing basis. When I have initially provided an invoice (the wrong one) the desk person has created a ticket based on that without thinking that it is the wrong one. When I was figuring out new invoice from my e-commerce site, (outside the center) the tech person again reached out to me in the rude tonal asking "should the ticket be on hold or to be closed" I politely replied and requested for "just 2 minutes, bro" as I am fetching the right invoice from site"And he immediately slammed the door shouting "dei moodra antha ticket ah" to the desk person.Pffft.Okay finally found the correct invoice and provided it to the desk person and accepted the mishap due to this. And they say now that another ticket cannot be created on the number that I have provided initially as it had been used already, so I have to provide another secondary number through an accompaniment to proceed further. So that's where that indirect verbal attack from the tech person through another customer had happened.After all this, finally everything has been sorted out somehow. My product case has been replaced and working fine so far.-So as i initially said, the rules here tend to change time-to-time irrespective of the same rules being stuck in to the walls.If you are reaching out here for any fixation, 2 things had to be kept in mind,1. Frustration of your product bought from your own money is not getting worked.2. Frustration of how you have been getting treated thereand a combined outcome frustration of both of these. Thank you!

They blocked online complaint registration for custome to do it from their own place. Same they are doing it at service center. Not giving replacement in service center. Saying we will get a link after 3 hours after visiting the service center. When you come home you will not get the link. This is how they are running the service center. Customer will fed-up going again and buy new product.
