The woman on call don’t have any knowledge regarding the services provided by the brand. She doesn’t even know the product names. Unprofessional behaviour and charging more than the actual service centres in Delhi and Bangalore.

Highly unprofessional and poor standards of communication. They don't honour even the communication from the brand support and think themselves above the engineers/ support of the brand. Thugs try to charge unnecessary money and make you fall in the trap unless you don't pursue strictly with them. Worst service centre brands should de panel this centre.

Worst experience ever. Both time I visited had to wait due to lunch hours which was not mentioned at anywhere. Very unprofessional experience even my Asus laptop was latest they took 5 days for DOA issuance . Even I called on number mentioned on service request they told pls call at 5 pm for confirm. They should have called to customer for confirmation. I never experienced such worst experience in my life

Pathetic service from ASUS—worst experience ever!My laptop's 'E' key stopped working, and I visited the service center on Saturday. They claimed diagnosis and a software update would take three days.No updates were provided—I had to call them myself the following Friday, only to find out they hadn’t done anything!They returned the laptop, saying it was a hardware issue, and the part needed to be ordered, which would take more than a week.They demanded full payment upfront even though the issue wasn’t resolved.The staff had the audacity to say, "We won’t call you. You need to call us for updates."This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. ASUS doesn’t care about their customers or their time. I regret buying an ASUS product. Do not trust ASUS if you value your time and money.

They do not behave according to the frustrated customer. They just want to increase your bill anyhow. I tried with my two problem, one is known and one is unknown, and even they know that the cost of repairing the thing is nearly 1000. but they want to change the whole part. which is cost to 20000+, because this is the lock down time, and they have to increase the sale. but they should consider the customer side also.
