My experience with this service center has been extremely disappointing.I went to them with my Boat earphones for a warranty claim, but they refused to file the complaint, saying, "You should do it online." They made excuses like water and dust had entered the earphones. They also said, "File it online, but donβt mention that you visited us; otherwise, they wonβt process the exchange.I would not recommend this service center to anyone. It's a complete waste of time
